Jesaja 40:24

SV	Ja, zij worden niet geplant, ja, zij worden niet gezaaid, ja, hun afgehouwen stam wortelt niet in de aarde; ook als Hij op hen blazen zal, zo zullen zij verdorren, en een stormwind zal hen als een stoppel wegnemen.
WLC	אַ֣ף בַּל־נִטָּ֗עוּ אַ֚ף בַּל־זֹרָ֔עוּ אַ֛ף בַּל־שֹׁרֵ֥שׁ בָּאָ֖רֶץ גִּזְעָ֑ם וְגַם־נָשַׁ֤ף בָּהֶם֙ וַיִּבָ֔שׁוּ וּסְעָרָ֖ה כַּקַּ֥שׁ תִּשָּׂאֵֽם׃ ס
Trans.	’af bal-niṭṭā‘û ’af bal-zōrā‘û ’af bal-šōrēš bā’āreṣ gizə‘ām wəḡam-nāšaf bâem wayyiḇāšû ûsə‘ārâ kaqqaš tiśśā’ēm:

AC	כד אף בל נטעו אף בל זרעו--אף בל שרש בארץ גזעם וגם נשף בהם ויבשו וסערה כקש תשאם {ס}
ASV	Yea, they have not been planted; yea, they have not been sown; yea, their stock hath not taken root in the earth: moreover he bloweth upon them, and they wither, and the whirlwind taketh them away as stubble.
BE	They have only now been planted, and their seed put into the earth, and they have only now taken root, when he sends out his breath over them and they become dry, and the storm-wind takes them away like dry grass.
Darby	Scarcely are they planted, scarcely are they sown, scarcely hath their stock taken root in the earth, but he also bloweth upon them and they wither, and the whirlwind taketh them away as stubble.
ELB05	Kaum sind sie gepflanzt, kaum sind sie gesät, kaum hat ihr Stock Wurzeln in der Erde getrieben: da bläst er sie schon an, und sie verdorren, und ein Sturmwind rafft sie wie Stoppeln hinweg.

Sch	kaum sind sie gepflanzt, kaum sind sie gesetzt, kaum wurzelt ihr Stamm in der Erde, so hauche ich sie an, daß sie verdorren und dahinfahren wie Stoppeln vor dem Sturmwind;
